FALSE ONLINE ADVERTISING BY TELKOM!!!

I have been a customer with Telkom for about 6 years and I just recently upgraded my contract for another 2 years. But I can't wait for it to expire so that I can cancel it. I app**** for an Inverter contract for 36 months as advertised online and it was approved and the DebiCheck mandate was approved. At the last minute I received a call to say that it has been disapproved and that I have to take it with a fiber or another LTE contract. This is unacceptable as the online advert states it as a standalone product. I am extremely disappointed with the service received and I will take this further.
