False information given to sell a wifi contract

Account nr: *** Good day Since 14 May 2019 I am trying to get this contract cancelled. A mobi talk agent phoned me and sold their unlimited wifi contract for R208 pm. I told him that I am interested but first need to speak to my husband as he makes the payment. He insisted that he can speak to my husband and explain. My husband asked him twice if the unlimited wifi is the same as uncapped and every time he confirmed with a "yes". I received the device and on 14.5.2019 I rwalised but I am only getting 500mb wifi for R208pm. I immediately contacted mobi talk and Telkom as u can see from the notes below and ask to cancel the contract. Mobi talk immediately arranged for the devices (phone & wifi rooter) to be collected and these items were collected on 28 May 2019. I just don't get them to cancel the contract and they keep on requesting money from my account. I feel that false information was given by the agent to get a sale. I would also like to get the voice recording of the conversation with myself and my husband.
