False information given by consultant

I was there on friday 11 of May 2018. I phone 10213 and thr lady told me I will have an awsner the same day. witch was not true because know I have to wait 48hours just for someone to get back to me to tell me if I was approved for contract or not. Witch I feel is fals information given to me by telkom. I would like this to be resolved today still as I really wanted to upgrade to the Huawei phone. But due to information from ut consultants given trough falsly know i am the one waiting like an idiot
