False information given

Got a call from telkom saying i can upgrade my cellphone contract. Asked the operator three times is my old contract finished and will there be any other costs than the new contract each month. Got informed that no ekstra costs will be asked for and this month all of a sudden after no discussion an ekstra 2000 rand was invoiced to me for my old contract this is ridiculous and *********
