False information from Telkom
<p>I thought that writing to Telkom on a social platform they would be efficient and keep their customers happy but instead nope they just make us fools!!!! Telkom responded to me privately here on hellopeter to send them my information so that they can assist me soonest but the ********** that they gave me cannot take emails!!!! Telkom is really pathetic. I’m still stuck with the very same damn problem what’s the use of logging case or even complaining??? Because clearly it shows the lack of customer service that Telkom has. You guys are really really starting to have a very bad reputation when it comes to your customers. I need someone from Telkom to give me an email address that works or make contact with me with regards to a case I logged with you guys from January!!! Or else we will go the legal route as it seems that’s the only way customers issues can be resolved by taking legal action</p>

This are my details Relebohile Mbebe contact number *** my ID number ***. Can someone please contact me because I’m getting very frustrated with your call center and then doing nothing I complained about why my debit orders have not been going through for the past 2 months now and no one gives me an answer instead I’m required to make a manual payment why did I set up a debit order date if Telkom doesn’t debit and tells me they are investigating and no fees back for the past two months still nothing as to why my debits are not being run and why I’m required to always go to the bank for a manual payment as if this was annoying enough Telkom now tells me that the phones I have are only 10 months old??? How can my contract phones be 10 months old on your system yet I have a receipts to show that I bought this phones on the 29th of December 2016 so how are my contract phones 10 months old??? I need an explanation to this because I’m so fed up with Telkom and I want this contract issue resolved as I do no longer wish to be on contract with Telkom any further and like I said if Telkom leaves me hanging like always I’m going to take legal action against Telkom as I said I have receipts that proof when I purchased my contract phones.
