Telkom app and Call centre voice prompt Advises that I can upgrade my 36months contract and then I was told By an iStore agent and Telkom customer agent that I am not due for an upgrade. Pathetic, given that in this day and age where it is expected that tech should provide accurate information, Telkom still cannot get it right.
