false information combined with bad service

I’ve dealt with one of your sales agent by the name of Esnat Kanawaka Who called me on the 31 st January if I’m not mistaken

I got a contract phone s8 that I took out last year 2017 And currently getting 2G , Esnat Kanawaka called me offering me to move to 5G Without effecting my contract , I asked repeatedly if my contract will be effected she said no , I will be paying just two hundred rand extra

I want you as her manager to listen to the call , cause I received a bill month end of January, saying I must pay R6000 For device fee as well that I wasn’t aware of and never agreed to that

It’s been a month now that I don’t have a sim card because of her and my number has been deleted by the system

I will be taking this further if nothing has not been done regarding this within the next 24 hours

above email was sent to one of the managers that ive been dealinf with and yet still my line is not active

pathetic service indeed
