False information and pathetic service

<p> A consultant from telkom mondo called me on a friend's phone offering a cell phone deal.i was asked if I use more data or airtime.i responded by saying data. The consultant told me that he has a great package which comes with 10g data and free minutes and that I can use that phone as a mobile Hotspot once my own data is depleted. I agreed to take this deal..after giving my banking details I get a copy of the contract stating 10g of WiFi. I called in and asked for it to be immediately cancelled. It has not been cancelled and nothing has been done yet I call everyday! Please sort this issue out asap or I will cancel all my contracts with telkom due to false information and pathetic service!!!!</p>
