false information

<p>trying now for past three months to get telkom land line adsl.. after going to the closest store to apply. not sucsesfull. aplying online not sucsesfull.. over the phone sucsesfull after waiting to speak to consultant over an hour....after the conversation was done they told me the technical department will phone me for an installation date in the next two weeks, wich never happend. now they allready send me my email adress and log in information via sms... two weeks came and has gone after three weeks i phone again to follow up on my order, and told me that the order has been canceld due to copper theft in the area...wich really bugerd me was the fact that the leading gold company head office is 1.2km away from me wich has telkom and few of my friends living around me not even 100 meters away from me has also got telkom. ive got telkom lines going through my yard and even a line going into my house. so whats the problem then???</p>
