False information
Good day <br> <br> I made a telephonic application for a phone and I gave all my details and the lady I assisted told me that I qualify and that I will recieve the phone in 5-7 business days.She even read out the contract to me and explained payments.. Days went by and I got impatient So I phoned Telkom Mobile to ask when I will be recieving the phone only to now find out that I don't qualify.. This is really pathetic as I have an existing contract and I pay it every month.
