I did an upgrade in February since I was due for an upgrade in March this year went to telkom store jabulani mall and found this girl mpumi who made me come to the store 3 times since they were offline third time I went I was told the phone I was looking for the black color was finished and I should come back tomorrow I told them I can't keep on coming to the shop and then I told them I can take any color and they gave me a blue p20 which the manager nkululeko confirmed that my old contract is canceled and I will only pay for the new phone and use my old number guess what all that was a lie I am now paying two phones and using two different numbers when I call the customer care no assistance and now the jabulani manager is on leave what should I do really telkom
