False information

My aunt received a call from Telkom Sales Representative. And Sales Rep she spoke to was selling her a Wi-Fi router. She was told that she will pay R199p.m. But that wasn't the case instead her account every month end it's been debuted R350. She tried by all means to call Telkom to fix this and she has never gotten any help none whatsoever.

Can this problem be solved. And also the Sales Rep must stop misleading their clients regarding payments.
