I called telkom seeking information regarding data availability I spoke to an agent,who told me i'll be getting telkom recurring data of 10 gig,in the morning I downloaded,document of 171mb I got an sms allerting me about my data conduct,when I called telkom only to find out I dont have the recurring data I was promised yesterday.I feel telkom is playing with peoples emotion,giving me joy and making very said and dissapointed,I feel they are so ***********.I dont think i'll renew my contract with them.now I understand why 8ta wasnt a success,its a level of competency they have.
