False Incomplete Upgrade

Well i am due for an upgrade and a lady with a 021 number called me offering me an easy way to upgrade from telkom over the phone with no hassles and no upgrade fee of R299 or so. I then accepetd the offer of the S6 on my same my 100 package and then requested that the call before they come deliver at work. The idiot who was doing the upgrade didnt tell me they'll be doing a sim swap for the new phone as it uses a different sim card tob the one im using which is a micro sim. My number was then blocked which was a huge inconvinience as i use that number for various reasons. And how are they going to call me before delivery if my current sim is not working coz of the sim swap and she didnt ask for an alternative number. Telkom better fix this mess please and i dont want that phone anymore i'll go to the store for my upgrade where i get no surprises or get inconvinienced sitting with a phone that doesnt work coz of some idiot who's after a sale at whatever cost. i'm very angry and dissapointed at the companies you guys outsourse to do your work. they dont care about your customers all they care about is making sales no matter the cost or inconvinience to your customers.
