False hope service

Got contract for uncapped wifi which is meant to be at speed of 25mbs last week Wednesday . Since day one it felt like I bought 5mbs. I contacted call centre twice no help, contacted the sales lady she kept on saying i am not at office today. I went in store and arranged for someone to come to my house no one appeared to this date. My entire life is a turmoil due to data that i need to buy , keep moving closer to the router. I’ve exhausted all channels. I am totally disgruntled customer
