False ETA's for customers!

I went to upgrade for a new phone by the Springs Mall branch... They said it would be in the next week, I then went back the next week and they had stock BUT NOT FOR THE CUSTOMERS BUT FOR THE Employees! , today has been my 4th visit to the same store in the 3rd week of ETA and they said to me " It wil be coming any time soon " very disappointed in the service that I the CUSTOMER ultimately pays for. Telkom please learn your people how a calendar works and tell them to stop bull****ing the customers with false ETA's!
