False Data Promo/Horrible customer service

<p>Reference: ********** 7</p> <p> </p> <p>I logged a complain against Telkom 5 weeks ago and till this very day my query has not been resolved and no-one has bothered to communicate with me in spite of hundres of calls made into their call centre and a number of bad reviews on the social media page ans Hellopeter, they have no care for their brand image, how then can we expect them to care for customer service, all they good at is making false promise to resolve my query and get back to me but not telkom, they just dont care, i mean i was promises data i did not get, they have easily identified that Yes i did not receive the data but they not interested in resolving the matter. </p> <p> </p> <p>Spoken to a number of supervisors/TL including Lusana and Zulfa who also have failed to even call me and provide feedback despite their promises.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am porting back to MTN, better service compared to telkom.</p>
