False contract packages delivered

I was recently called by a call center agent concerning upgrading my contract. I was happy with this and we agreed on a Huawei Nova Y91 and a huawei band 8. The phone eventually arrived but the band never did. I have been calling them to inform them of what had happened and they tell me my matter has been escalated but I have not received a call back from them unless I call. It is not fair to agree on a certain contract only to receive something else. The debit order mandate has been sent and it has not been adjusted to reflect the price of the phone only if that is what they are offering. I told them to collect the phone if they are not willing to listen to the recording and give me what I agreed on with the call center agent. I am tired of being told to hold for over 20 minutes only to be told I will be called back.
