False Contract deal

I would like to know why am I paying R500 plus for my contract, the guy I spoke to when I upgraded said that I would be Paying R299pm. He said a recording will be made available on my request, please clarify this.I expect to pay R299pm as per agreement., otherwise I will have to cancel this contract or take legal steps, I ported from MTN to you because they gave me grief with my airtime and data now you guys are doing the same, I have been with Telkom for years and dont expect to be ****med like this, I demand the recording of my agreement of paying R299 pm. Before I upgraded, I was paying R385, I was interested in the A70 Deal but he offered the special you were running of an A9 2gb free me for 299pm. I trust that you will sort this mess for me.
