False contract

For the past 18 months I have been struggling to cancel a contract that I was falsely sold instead of a migration. I have made several calls to request this be corrected however telkom never comes back to me. I am paying for tow contracts that are the same and worse the other contract even though am being charged have never used the gadget and SIM card for it with the hope that these people with resolve this issue.
