False Black Friday deals

Telkom not only gives horrible service they also have false advertising especially on their “black Friday “ deals. I bought an iPhone on Black Friday till today I have not received a phone or communication from Telkom. Every time I call the call center I am disrespected by call center agents that do not know the meaning of customer service. The one who stood out with disgusting customer service was. Peggy Cele so rude she even hung up on me.
