False and misleading advertising!!

Telkom phoned us mid Oct to upgrade our date contract of 5G day and 5G night time data from R199p/m to R269p/m for a 20G Day and 20G Night time data for 24months.

As of the 1st of Nov not only are we still on the 5G data plan, Telkom initially indicated that the 20G data plan was for Oct only? Then they changed their tune and did a 180degree turn stating that it is a summer plan valid until end Jan?? After which it then changes to 10G data plan p/m.

Over and above this Telkom wants to charge a device fee as well now? Where is that indicated?? To phone them for answers is an absolute nightmare, to get a resolve another nightmare. Why are these guys still in business??
