False advi*****t by Telkom

A week ago I bought "night surfer data" for the amount of 149 Telkom. When I tried to use my data, nothing happens. I decided to call the call center and I spoke to three consultants on Saturday and one of the managers called Jade. Jade advised me to give it 24 hrs and promised to call me back between 1and 2 on Sunday. I did not receive a phone call from Jade, then I decided to call the call center again. I spoke to this rude consultant who told me she cannot assist me and she terminated the call. Reading a lot of complaints from the internet regarding the night surfer data, I finally realized that we are taken for a ride, as it does not work and now I'm being told that I cannot be helped!!!!!
