False advestising, incorrect billing and incompatent staffing at TELKOM

I am so tired of calling Telkom and running around from pillar to post. Since taking out R649.00 deal of unlimited data, i have spent more money calling them per month. They are falsely advertising, incorrect billing and worst of all they are incompatent and dont ever return calls or respond to mails. I am definitely taking them up to the Ombudsman. Telkom needs some competition and then only they will wake up. So sad they dont appreciate their clients.
