False adverti*****t and mi's-leading customers

Good day On Tuesday 27/02/2024 I visited Telkom mobile shop at Clearwater Mall after 15:00pm I was assisted by Matshidiso Seshoe, wanted a Samsung A25 device as advertised on the pamphlet in the shop. Matshidiso checked the system and advised that the device is not available yet in the country. I was surprised because it's been advised to customer but it's not available. She then told me to take the Honor x7 as it has similar features. Being desperate and in need of a phone to use for work purposes I took the device. On Wednesday 28/02/2024 I visited Telkom mobile shop at Westgate after 16:00pm Out of curiosity I asked if they have the Samsung A25 device and to my surprise they had the device on stock. I then drove to Clearwater Mall Telkom mobile shop and got there after 17:00pm I Was told Matshidiso Moshoe is off for the day and all managers have knocked off at 15:00pm. They made a copy of my ID and took my contact details saying they will contact me tomorrow. The next day came 29/02/2024 waited for a call back from the shop till 13h00 then I decided to call them. The shop does not have a direct number, at Clearwater Mall there are 2 Telkom mobile shops and the second one has a number that works. Called the shop and asked they pass a massage to the other shop that I'm still waiting for their call. About 30 mine or so later I received a call from Matshidiso Moshoe she was calling from a private number and I asked why is that. Matshidiso then told me that I took the device cause I liked it and there's is nothing that can be done to get the device that I initially wanted. I asked why was I mis-informed she did not even apologize about that and told me that once the device is out of the box it can be returned only if it's faulty. Is it fair to be sold a product / device with incorrect information. I actually asked Matshidiso if she can check other telkom shops and she said it's not available. May I please be given a reasonable response regarding this matter. I can not be paying for something I don't want. My contact number ***
