False adverti*****t

I saw a telkom brochure stating that when I take a contract the package plan includes 1GB, free telkom - to-telkom calls, free what's app, free sms and if you need 100 minutes for all networks you need to pay extra R40 then on the 26th February I went to the Eastgate shop to get the contract and included the 100 minutes but to my surprise the minutes were not added, when I called the customer care to inquire I was told it was not included on the contract and there is no free calls its 3000 minutes for telkom calls, no free sms its 50 sms per day and no free its 2GB for whatsapp(per month ) and the brochure stated free. The agent at the store told me that the is a prorater package that I will get and I didn't receive it. On the 5th of March I went to the store to get clarity and the agent insisted that he told me about the deal which he did not and the manager told me that I should have known what I'll be getting because I am an existing customer but the brochure stated otherwise and I don't understand why the adverti*****t stated that people will be getting free things if it's not true. When I asked about the prorater package they told me it was sent to me but it never reached my phone and they promised to give me feedback the following day and I never received it
