FALSE ADVERTISING TELKOM

<p><br />I have a contract with TELKOM up until today I was very happy and wanted to renew my upgrade. I saw a offer on line for exactly what I wanted Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus 64GB + Samsung Gear VR Controllers + Samsung Gear VR went to the store and was told that its only available on line (which is more than the Phone by its self )... No worries went online and app**** FOR A SECOND CONTRACT the csa that called me didn’t even know about the deal which is clearly being advertised on their website and she asked for a screen shot which I sent her only to be told that this is not a valid deal!!! What?! I escalated the csa spoke to a manger ANITA DLAMINI and was basically told they will not honour what they are advertising!!!!!!!! because why not update your website with FALSE ADVERTISING TO GET CUSTOMERS!!!!! BY THE WAY I WAS GOING TO OPEN A SECOND ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I will reconsider even getting my upgrade next month!!!!! I hope this reaches someone higher than the Anita Dlamini!!!! After two years TELKOM even telling other people to use TELKOM you guys will simply just not honour what is stated on your website and I am told to down load a app to get what I want when you guys offer that I will be paying a extra R20 for because the Galaxy S8 Plus 64GB is 699pm without the Samsung Gear VR Controllers + Samsung Gear VR which is 720pm. I don’t even get a wireless charger. </p>
