False advertising Samsung s22 ultra + classic 4 watch

Pre-ordered a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra with a classic 4 smart watch. I was called into the store at Westwood mall and told that I cannot take My phone because they do not have stock of the watch. It's been a month since I ordered my phone and the only feedback I get is they are awaiting stock from head office.

This is false advertising, I am going to be billed for a contract at the end of this month without receiving my phone which is absolutely ridiculous!

Wake up telkom, your service is absolutely poor
