False Advertising or just plain poor service- LTE

Telkom launched an uncapped LTE promotion in Dec 2015 for R599.00 per month. I did the online application and received a ticket/order number, take note that you cannot apply for this service unless you have selected your address and Telkom confirmed that you have coverage. Since that day I have not yet received any feedback regarding the order, I decided to give them a call. Worst idea ever...firstly there is no contact information so I started calling the 10217 call center, then the 081180 call center, and the 10213 call center, the avg hold time was about 30 minutes to be only redirected to the next call center. Finally I got to someone who apparently could assist me, just to be told \Sorry you don't have coverage""; to be told we do have coverage;but the promotion is not available in Potcheftroom. """
