False advertising or agent lazy agent?

I tried to sign a Telkom contract today, but the agent that called me back told me that the deal/contract that I am interested does not exist. I double check the website again just to be sure I am not in error and I definitely did not made a mistake. It is actually one of the June promos that is advertised on their front page!!!
