False Advertising on the data deals

<p>I took out a Data contract on the unlimited telkom mobile deal with 4mbs up/download speed. i took out the contract during the month of March.Since I have had the contract, I noticed that the speed that was advertised is not being app**** on the product and that I have been mislead into buying a contract that deosn't perform as intended or as advertised through out the month. My data is portioned up on speeds from 4mbs to 128kbs. And this is extremely frustrating as i cant even use the data for anything.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>So i would like to get my advertised speed always and I demand that the portion be removed on the 128kbs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please help me out.&nbsp;</p>
