False advertising on official telkom website.

Telkom recently dropped the price of the S10 Plus to R599 for a product they no longer have. I recently tried to upgrade to the S10 plus and was called to be offered the S20 whitch I don't want and told they haven't had stock since January 2020. Yet this deal is very recent. The price was dropped late Feb. Does this constitute to false advertising?
