False advertising on contract taken out

I was promised when taking out my new contract that I will be receiving a additional promotion with my contract, and I even have voice recordings of them telling me that this is the case but when I just inquired about it I was told that it was only once off which is not what was promised to me while taking out my contract. I would like this to be resolved and it's not being resolved.
