False advertising of Samsung S10+TB

My wife and I both upgraded to the Samsung S10+ 1TB as per the brochure.

We were assisted by Stephen at the N1 City store in Cape Town that was helpful. I pointed out the 1TB on the brochure after he wrote 128GB free me on the Contract. This was strange as I have double checked out the info before going to upgrade. He went to the branch manager to raise my concern and said that according to the Branch manager it was an era. I mentioned to him that I will complain about it and keep him posted.

I have sent an email as you can see below before making a big thing about it all.

No where online nor in the store was there any "I'm Sorry" with the incorrect ad and correct ad to educate or inform the customer about any error be it online or in the brochure. I also worked in a retail store and am fami**** with SORRY.

I then went on holiday for a few days hoping to get feedback from someone about my email and still nothing.

I then called the customer care center and spoke to Mpho Mangadi between 17:49 and 18:05 on 8 August 2019 to express my concern and disappoint with the storage space of the devices that was received vs what was advertised. He questioned me throughly to understand what I was unhappy about and put me on hold to confirm what I should do. After holding and getting info, he said that I should take back the device and get a Samsung S10+ 1TB.

I then called the store to arrange that I bring back the device and spoke to Clement. He then mentioned that the Samsung S10+ has a storage of 256GB. He then mentioned that there was emails to managers about the so called ERROR in the brochure, however he said that I should email my concerns and he will then escalate it.

Then there is an Samsung S10+ 1TB with a watch advertised as an online deal.

This make me wonder... why did we not receive the Samsung S10+ 1TB as advertised in the brochure?

Please let me know when we can exchange our Samsung s10+ 128GB to the Samsung S10+1TB.
