False advertising of phone capabilities

On Friday the 23rd, I chose that day to upgrade my contract. I walked into telkom greeted by the Huawei agent and telkom assistant and asked them about getting a good phone they both told me as well as a my partner that the Huawei mate 20 lite which was on special has reverse charging capabilities and can use wireless charger and at that point they already had us both intrigued and I asked them to compare it to other Huawei devices in similar price range after a couple of minutes reassuring us that all the features are what they said it is and they 100% sure about it we both took these phones all excited mostly for the reverse charging and didn't open the boxes at the store because they didn't set it up either. I went and got me a wireless charger... Then when I actually checked the phone out properly today after I got the charger to my disappointment it actually doesn't support QI wireless charging I was catfished by false advertising of these assistants that helped us
