FALSE ADVERTISING!!! NO STOCK???

Telkom has advertised a Dell Inspiron 3543 Core i5 laptop contract for R379pm on their website and catalogs but have no stock of this item for months!! I have dealt with their contact center and Gateway store and their service is appalling! Liaised with Manager Zodwa Mkhwa**** who just said the following :<br> <br> HI<br> <br> Unfortunately we are sold out on the Dell and will not be receiving any stock.<br> <br> Regards<br> Zodwa<br> <br> Why is the product still being advertised on the website and their catalogs if there is no stock???<br> <br> According to the Consumer Act, Persons are not permitted to make promotional offers with the intention of not fulfilling them,or fulfilling them in a manner other than as offered<br> <br> o Suppliers are not permitted to mislead consumers in respect of pricing, the nature,<br> properties, advantages or uses of goods or services advertised, if such goods or services<br> are not actually available for purchase or procurement in accordance with these standards.<br> o Suppliers are obliged to include limitations in respect of the availability of goods or services<br> when advertising such items, and honor such agreements. <br> <br> <br> Telkom needs to honor this deal and obtain this stock and assist me ASAP!!!
