False advertising n ****py service

I ordered adsl which comes with lit box n wifi extender on jan 4th. The date promised was bet 7 to 21 working days. Given date 23 jan for installation. No one pitched. Tried calling help desk - no answer. After 5 days of trying every hour waiting for 5 minutes each time i eventually got through to a lady who sd there is nothing she can do cause its a busy line n i dont have to call n quary cause they still in their time period. Its gone to technical n i should just wait for 14 days which i did. After 18 days i went to telkom store southgate. Stood in que 1 hr. Ask for manager to complain about consultants taking 45 minutes to help clients. He came out of his office after 10 minutes when i made a fuss about a manager not taking customer service seriously. When he did come out of office was absolutely unhelpful even sd he cant do anything. When he asked y im there i explained n he kept on asking y im instore if i app**** online even after telling the dud i cant get through to 1023 n want to know the progress. Eventually i got angry i sd if u cant help me cancel my ****** order. The dud then say no problem we will chk progress. What an idiot. Eventually they came monday to install line. I received a call from telkom yesterday asking if they came n intalled. I sd yes but i never rec my extender n lit box. She asked if i wanted it posted or pick up in any store just take id. I sd i will go to store only to go to cresta store to hear that they got email not give out box n extender anymore. Bottom line telkom is a useless provider n i wish i went with anoyher provider. I want what was promised with the deal. As this is definately false advertisingq
