False advertising from Telkom Mobile

Telkom Mobile Call Centre stuff is useless and they (Telkom Mobile ) *****ing DATA.

A call centre agent from Telkom by the name of Tiisetso and Anele both were rude on the phone when I queried my data that keeps on depleting before time. I was rudely told that data depleted as per telkom terms that they couldn't prove or explain to me. I waited for a call from their technical department that never happened after two weeks.

Sinenhlanhla the operations manager received this complaint with no response or feedback from her. I was told that the package I bought for data on the 17th redeemed at 21:50 that takes two days was depleted before time as my data was not accessible from this morning 07:20 (19/01/2019). The call centre agent I spoke to this morning advised there is no manager on shift (The story of everyday when you call their call centre).

I wouldn't advise anyone to use Telkom as there is no customer service from the network provider. I will never stop at this until I get my DATA back.
