False Advertising

Good day

Telkom had a promotion of The Z Fold, with ear buds, Samsung Tag & Complementary 1 Year Care Package. This was advertised in Oct 2021 & my upgrade was processed using this special in Oct 2021. I received my phone in Nov 21, as there was no stock of the phone. The package was sent to me without the Ear Buds. I had queried this many many, many times with Telkom, however their response was that this was an October special and not a Nov one. Please explain to on the rationale behind this? Surely with me, placing the order in October when the special was on, makes me legible to receive the items? This is a ******* from Telkom & YOU are *****ING & MISLEADING people... Dont advertise something when you can produce the item. Do not FALSE advertise.

I upgraded using the special & i still need to pay for it.
