False advertising

I paid over R5000 in a period of 4 months for a contract SIM card that was supposed to be R269, this has been an ongoing issue and even when I go to the store the consultants can’t even help. It’s like no one knows what they are doing. Telkom is not a good service provider, they advertise cheaper but charges 4x more
