False advertising

Well iv been due for a upgrade for about 3 months when I was reminded my upgrade is due I looked through the phones and chose my next device when I went into the stores I was told they don't have stock of this phone and no idea when they will get in so I asked for my second choice and was told the same thing so I said to the person helping me id wait a few weeks and recheck.anyway 3 months later and every month in there latest brochure they advertise the same 2 phones.id think if they dnt have stock with no idea when they getting which also confuses me cause arnt they in contact with the supplier, shouldn't they remove the phones from there brochure till they have them to sell.
