False Advertising Deals

Dear Complaints department

I kindly ask for assistance with Telkom . I signed off on a contract last year during black Friday season. The deal comprised of 2 Samsung A35 phones with 2 earbuds and 2 watches

On the day I fetched the phones- the earbuds and watches were not included. I was told it's a complimentary gift from Samsung and it would be delivered to my home address in 7 to 14 working days It's 3 months later and I have not received those items yet.

They have sent me a letter in December and early Jan explaining that there is a delay with the delivery. I don't know how long I can be patient with Telkom and Samsung anymore. It's also unfair because I pay every month for the package with my monthly installment but they did not give me all the items as per our agreement.

Meaning they falsely advertised a deal , and did not have the stock . Nobody is getting back to me. I am tired of driving to the Telkom store because the manager there does not even have answers too. Nobody is addressing the issue, instead they are stalling WHILE I KEEP ON PAYING FOR NOT WHAT I SIGNED FOR.
