False advertising

Hi guy very unhappy with how Telcom advertised for the five on face book. It states that while you wait for fibe in your area you can get 100 gigs lte. But this is not so. My wife Avril Naicker app**** for this package and they told her because there is no fibe lines in our area we don't qualify but it is. Not what was advertised. It states while you wait you will get 100 gigs for the month. We are still waiting for a team leader to contact us
