False advertising

I recently bought are phone from Telekom mobile on a 24 month contract on the book it is advertised that you get a phone and free Bluetooth speaker then app**** for the phone and then when they delivered the sent me only the phone when called their customer service they were rude condescending and very much not helpful to this day my issue is yet to be resolved I regret ever taking a contract with them cause what they advertised on their very own book and what they deliver its total lies
