False advertising by Telkom for moving from ADSL to LTE

In 2019 someone contacted me to move from ADSL to LTE because Telkom is moving away from ADSL and that it would be better and would make the transition to fibre easier. I have had endless problems with the internet not working. A while ago I contacted Telkom and was told the tower is too full that is why the internet disconnects and that I should cancel the contract if I am not happy. I do not understand why Telkom would sell such a package knowing this. I have been paying R599 from Oct/Nov 2019 and was put into a 2 year contract. I cannot continue paying this amount and not get what I paid for. I am very disappointed as I had no problems on ADSL and had no previous problems with Telkom. I would like someone to contact me as to how I can get out of this contract as I do not want to pay for something I’m not getting, this was false advertising from the person who sold me this package.
