False Advertising by Telkom

I upgraded to the Samsung S20 plus because of the promotion advertised by Telkom that this purchase would qualify me for the Galaxy ear buds and tag. As of now I have been waiting for the proof of purchase (showing the IMEI number) for over a month. I have send emails (got responses saying they have requested it and are waiting for this document) and been sent from pillar to post on the Telkom customer care line and chat - you try to get hold of someone who can actually help you! How many departments can there possibly be an no way for anyone to follow up or be held accountable for their rude attitude? It is so ********* to sell a device based on a running promotion and then not be able to provide the customer with respective documents to get the products on promotion. Such pathetic service as the reason I upgraded to this phone was for the promotion.
