False advertising by Telkom

Beware of false advertising by Telkom in respect of their 100GB night surfer package. They say it can be used between midnight and 7am. They do not say that they throttle the speed to unusable levels between midnight and 1am and between 5am and 7am. Shame on you Telkom for perpetrating this **** on your customers.
