False advertising, bring back my money

I find this really infuriating, why sell data that never works??? I payed money to have data that you as a network feel you can control. Well i want my money back you can have back your useless data. This is false advertising, to my understanding i must have coverage to use your LTE data, i always have coverage until i recharged with your so called LTE. This is my telkom number *** and i would like to have my money back so that i can buy data that works. I was convinced that im getting a bargain only to realize i was being ******. The only time i got the telkom coverage it is only when theres no electricity which means no network which was once since i recharged and that is still useless to me because still i cant use that data, you guys are ripping us of our money. Please take your data back refund me so that i can buy my 3gig social data which works everytime. Since i recharged over a week ago i have never been able to logon so this is just a way of making money from me, i tried changing my tariff thinking it might finally work still nothing. Iwork hard for that money and if it means writing about this everyday so that someone hears me i will
