False advertising and very rude personell

Last week we went to Telkom to upgrade my contract. I wanted the i phone special, but the sales lady informed me that they are out of stock. I said that I am willing to wait if she can source it from another branch. A week passed with no feedback. On Wednesday I went back to the shop. Her reply to me was that she can not source an i phone anywhere in the country!!! I got the manager involved who was very rude and just shrugged his shoulders. How can Telkom advertise a special, but not have stock anywhere in the country??? How do you expect me to keep making use of your services if there are no service? I am highly disgusted.
