False Advertising and Refusal to Offer Documents

Telkom is refusing to offer terms and conditions or reasons for refusing to provide a product despite raising an official issue with them.

They are saying that this is impossible but are refusing to offer any reason as to why,

This ammounts to false advertising. Should Telkom not provide me with something concrete on this matter I will be taking them to the NCC.
